A proper 404 page and metadata polish

Following a link to a page that no longer exists now lands you on a calm, memsprout-styled "page not found" screen with a clear way back home, instead of a bare browser error. Behind the scenes we also added a web app manifest so memsprout's icons and name show up correctly when you add the site to a home screen, and told search engines to leave the OAuth authorize screen out of their index.
