Docs quickstart

There's now a dedicated quickstart at memsprout.com/docs that walks a new team through connecting an agent, creating a Space, inviting a teammate, capturing a shared Memory, and verifying it reached a teammate's agent — all in under five minutes. The site footer, sitemap, and llms.txt now point to it, and the existing /connect page links back to it for anyone starting from scratch.
